Introduction
Plants, either flowering or just all leaves are a great way to bring life to a space. They don’t just look nice, they are also bringing several health benefits. First, they can liven up a space, which can help contribute to mental health and be a good stress reliever. They also help remove harmful and volatile compounds in the air like carbon monoxide.
But what if, your hectic lifestyle limits you from fully embracing the total plant life or maybe just plain lazy? Or don’t have the green thumb.
These are some plants that resilient and don’t need a lot of attention.
Snake Plant or Chlorophytum comosum .
They are great for removing carbon monoxide in the air and look great when positioned near windows. This plant is only required to be watered at least once a week.
Cactus – or Succulents.
If you are forgetful, A cactus or succulents only needs to be watered at least every 10 days. The number one killer of these plants is overwatering, for this prevents root rot.
Aloe Vera
Not just for decoration, they are also considered to have medicinal properties. Aloe Vera can be used as first aid for minor burns. Keep them near your kitchen window and only needs to be watered, only when the topsoil becomes dry, in between watering.
